One-year-old RYAN LEE Gallery is moving to a new space overlooking the High Line. The new location, located on the third floor of 515 West 26th Street, offers 8,000 square feet of exhibition space, double the size of the gallery’s current home.

On “street level” with the High Line, RYAN LEE will design programming to engage with visitors strolling in the elevated park, displaying exhibitions and installations in the gallery’s large front windows. Beginning this summer, Ryan Lee will launch a program of single-channel videos that will be visible to passersby.

The new location will open with an exhibition of work by Donald Sultan on April 24. The building will also provide exhibition space for Mary Ryan Gallery, previously open by appointment only.
