In Season 3, Episode 4, Jim reluctantly agrees to hire an art handler for the gallery. But the prospective employee’s claims of handling work by artists such as Richard Serra (American, b.1939) seem suspicious. In spite of his misgivings, Jim asks the new hire to pack a very valuable piece by Robert Rauschenberg (American, 1925–2008). The results are disastrous.
