Movie star and art collector Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted out and about in Manhattan Tuesday, toting a selfie stick. He reportedly made visits to sites including the National September 11 Memorial Museum and Ground Zero (see No Light Down Here at the 9/11 Museum).

Though DiCaprio was sporting a not-so-nifty selfie stick (or maybe because of it), according to PageSix, which had the story, he went mostly unnoticed by the crowds in his sunglasses, long beard, and hat (see Take a Look Inside Leonardo DiCaprio’s Growing Art Collection). The star has lately been sporting a “Dad-bod” the report says. According to the Post: “He played ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’ but these days he looks more like ‘The Tourist from Topeka.’

artnet News recently spotted DiCaprio at the Frieze Art Fair on Randall’s Island—sans selfie stick—and he and his entourage were less than happy about our having taken a few snaps as he was enjoying the food there (see Leonardo DiCaprio, Mike Meyers, Grace Frieze Celebrity VIP Preview and A Hungry Art Lover’s Guide to the Best Food at Frieze). Last week, he was spotted partying with pals on a yacht in Cannes during the film festival there (see Larry Gagosian Chucked Out of Cannes Premiere For Turning Up in Sneakers).

DiCaprio also attended a charity auction at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cannes, that was organized by amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research (see Leonardo DiCaprio Donates Banksy to Charity and Raises $1 Million For AIDS Research), and reportedly donated a ticket to a charity gala for his eponymous environmental preservation foundation, based in St. Tropez. The ticket, which included a private dinner with the star, sold for $280,000.

Très bon!
