Once again, we turn to Instagram for the 411.

The 46th edition of Art Basel in Basel, Switzerland is in full swing from June 18-21, and we’ve decided to employ that infamous, infinitely scrolling social network known as Instagram to find out which fairs, parties, and booths are on the tip of everyone’s tongue.
During the preview, we saw the 11 best booths at Basel, featuring Pawel Althamer’s scatological ode to Rodin at Foksal Gallery Foundation, as well as Andrea Bowers’s chilling text installation at Susanne Vielmetter Los Angeles Projects.
We also saw a variety of fanciful mobile homes at Design Miami/Basel, which featured Edouard François’s Flower House, which was billed asa “24-carat gold meteorite fallen from the sky in the center of the city of Basel.”
From Unlimited to Scope to Helly Nahmad‘s surprising appearance, you don’t have to leave home to get the full fair experience—as long as you have your smartphone, that is.
