The Hamptons art gala scene is officially underway! On Saturday night, after the buzz of two Hamptons art fairs died down, the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill, NY held their annual Midsummer Party. Attended by prominent figures from Dorothy Lichtenstein to Linda Fargo, it was an evening to remember as guests enjoyed art, live performances and dinner under an illuminated porch. After dinner, an “After Ten” dance party ensued for those hoping to dance off their meal.
The event honored philanthropist Inga Maren Otto and filmmaker Katharina Otto-Bernstein for their contributions to the museum. Exhibitions on view included work by Maya Lin and Jennifer Bartlett, as well as the museum’s permanent collection.
