I wrote it out already in a recent Wet Paint: anyone who is anyone knows that Amanita is the hottest new gallery on the block. Its most recent show, “Works On Paper: 100 Years” features 100 drawings made by a litany of every artist you’ve ever loved, and its opening was the unofficial kick off to summer. To commemorate the event, I asked one of the gallery’s founders, Caio Twombly (grandson of Cy Twombly, heard of him?), to show us what the week surrounding the opening was like.
Take it away, Caio!
