A talk with the French street art pioneer.

artnet partnered with De Buck Gallery to interview French artistZevs (b.1977). A pioneer in the Paris Street Art scene, Zevs has been active since the early 1990s, and has since garnered a wide audience for his works. His most notable series include his Visual Attacks series and his infamous Visual Kidnapping. His highly successful, ongoing Liquidated Logos series uses his unique high-pressure jet technique. We caught up with Zevs at his latest exhibition, Zevs: Traffics in Icons, at De Buck Gallery in New York to ask him about his current works and inspirations.
