Guys, the election is almost over. In just two weeks we’ll find out if a bunch of Americans truly will pick up and leave to migrate north—that being said, it shouldn’t be the only reason why “Canada” and “how do I move to Canada” has spiked in Google searches. Art Toronto opens its doors tomorrow and, now in its 17th year, Canada’s international art fair for Modern and contemporary art jam packs everything you want to see and know about the national art market. Art Toronto is held in the Toronto Convention Centre (not center!), but you shouldn’t limit yourself to just the fair or even one city. Before it gets too cold to roam the streets, take this opportunity to experience the country’s vibrant and diverse culture with its ever-growing arts scene: from established institutions to new ventures, metropolises like Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver are making a major impact on the art world. After all, Canada isn’t shy from bringing its creative talent down south, just think of our beloved Drake, Jeff Wall, and Mike Myers. Vive Canada.
