If you wanted to buy Johnny Depp’s five penthouses in downtown Los Angeles’s Eastern building in one fell swoop, you missed out. After just a month on the market, one of the properties has sold, for $2.45 million, reports Curbed L.A.

Stocked with art including an Os Gemeos mural and what appears to be an Egon Schiele drawing, the penthouse is in what’s considered one of the finest examples of the city’s Art Deco architecture. The Os Gemeos mural is leaving with Depp, his real estate agent told artnet News.

Depp had asked $12.78 million for all five, but that ship has sailed. If you’re on the market for four penthouse apartments owned by Captain Jack Sparrow, get moving.

The one that sold is the largest of the five, measuring 2,500 square feet.

In June, Depp sold his collection of nine works by Jean-Michel Basquiat on the market at Christie’s, just as domestic abuse allegations by his wife, Amber Heard, began to circulate.
