There's even going to be a group wedding inside the installation.

Get ready for the most romantic art selfie ever: A ring of mirrored heart-shaped kissing booths are coming to New York’s Times Square in time for Valentine’s Day. Titled Heart of Hearts, the sculptural installation from Collective–LOK will open February 9.

The piece, made up of 12 golden mirrored hearts, was chosen by Times Square Arts and the Center for Architecture from five architecture and design firms proposals as the winner of the Times Square Alliance’s eighth annual Valentine Heart Design. (Last year’s edition saw tourists exploring their musical side with an interactive heart-shaped instrument from Brooklyn-based art company Stereotank.)

Half of the hearts will form partially-enclosed, intimate kissing booths that visitors are invited to explore. The installation “invites people in to create their own stories,” said Times Square Arts director Sherry Dobbin in a phone call with artnet News.

With mirrors on all surfaces, the piece will truly reflect the hustle and bustle of midtown crowds, as well as the towering architecture and its many advertisements.

Over the years, the Times Square Alliance has noticed a number of visitors to the square proposing during the month of February. The 2013 design, Situ Studio’s Heartwalk, created from boardwalk planks salvaged in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, saw quite a number of men get down on one knee.

Inspired by such romantic gestures, Times Square Arts will hold a group wedding inside the installation on the afternoon of Valentine’s Day. “It’s a little chapel,” said Dobbin of the piece. A number of couples are scheduled to propose earlier in the day, with a mass vow renewal in the evening.

For Collective–LOK, Heart of Hearts “an engagement ring for our love affair with the spectacle of Times Square,” said the group in a statement.

The group is also planning to stage artist performances, including a video art piece that will be held during Armory Arts Week.

“February in New York can be an iffy time of year,” Dobbin admitted. “We’re hoping people will have this rather beautiful backdrop to celebrate their love.”

Collective–LOK’s Heart of Hearts will be on view in New York’s Times Square at Father Duffy Square between 46th and 47th Streets, February 9–March 6, 2016.
