Art Southampton has a new location and new dates for this coming summer’s edition.

The upscale four year-old event Long Island art fair (which last year ran in the final week of July) will run this summer July 9–13. Its new location will be Nova’s Ark Project, the sprawling Bridgehampton preserve and sculpture park that is the creation of the late artist Nova Mihai Popa.

The fair’s newly scheduled dates will coincide with both ArtHamptons and Art Market Hamptons, and will be the “first fair of the 2015 Hamptons summer season,” parent company Art Miami LLC announced in a statement.

“This move will allow easier access for all of our collectors on the East End,” said Nick Korniloff, director of Art Miami LLC.

This past summer artnet News called Art Southampton “the largest and most high-end of the Hamptons fairs” (see “How To Tell the Three Hamptons Art Fairs Apart“).
