When the Armory Show hits the pier in New York in March, it will have a full schedule of conversations and screenings featuring 15 international artists, as well as curators, critics, and collectors.

Serving as curatorial advisors for the program, which is called Armory Live, are Guggenheim UBS MAP curator, Middle East and North Africa, Sara Raza and assistant curator at the Guggenheim Amara Antilla.

There are several items in the program that are sure to be highly anticipated. One will be David Salle’s conversation on painting with fellow artists Alex Katz, Dana Schutz, and Chris Martin. Curator Barbara London, founder of the video and media collection at New York’s Museum of Modern Art, will be talking about the digital age with producer and director Thomas Allen Harris and artists Marilyn Minter, Shiva Ahmadi, and Charles Atlas. And gallerist Jeffrey Deitch will host a series of conversations at his booth at the fair, in conjunction with a re-staging of his 1995 Gramercy International Art Fair booth “Florine Stettheimer Time Capsule Salon” (the line-up of participants has yet to be announced).
