Can't be there? Don't worry—here's our comprehensive roundup.

International dealers, collectors, and art lovers descended upon Randall’s Island today for the start of Frieze New York. With such a high density of top-drawer art on offer, visitors eagerly scanned the booths for their next acquisition or simply to admire the displays.
Jet-setting art-world figures such as former tennis ace John McEnroe and curators Hans Ulrich Obrist and Jens Hoffmann were spotted roaming the aisles, while well-heeled guests stood in line for a bagel or alcohol—even though doors opened at 11 a.m. in New York, it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere.
Gagosian’s booth was packed to the rafters with visitors keen to get a glimpse of the gallery’s solo presentation of drawings by John Currin. Young galleries in the fair’s spotlight section were also well frequented, with people looking to get a first-hand look at the next star artist.
There were also weird and unique items on view, including a pigeon coop by Anton van Dalen, containing actual live white pigeons. Meanwhile a strange bearded man clad completely in beaver skin—think Leonardo DiCaprio in the The Revenant—attracted confused glances from the art crowd.
If you’re suffering from a severe bout of FOMO, fear not. We’ve compiled a comprehensive photo roundup of the fair’s must-see highlights.
