During Frieze Week, artnet promised iPads to the two lucky fairgoers who uploaded the best pictures to social media using the hashtags #FriezeWeek and #artnet (see Here’s Your Chance to Win an iPad Mini From artnet). We also promised artnet News fame to a handful of budding photographers who received honorable mentions.
Judging by your uploads, this year’s fair week was dominated by bold colors, detailed installations, and of course, a few selfies near Anish Kapoor’s discs or Jonathan Horowitz’s delightful dots (see: Leonardo DiCaprio, Mike Myers, Grace Celebrity VIP Frieze New York Preview). We were also impressed with those of you who managed to coordinate your outfits with the works on display—we think even art world fashion icon Pari Dust would be jealous of some of these shots (see Fashion Blogger Matches Her Outfits to Artworks).
